Studio OS, also called SHOT BY TY CRM, helps the studio owner and authorized team members manage contacts, photography projects, schedules, documents, and client correspondence. It is an internal business tool, not a public service or an invitation to access client records.
Gmail, connected by its owner.
An authorized studio administrator can connect a Gmail account through Google’s consent screen. Studio OS imports email conversations into its private inbox, associates correspondence with studio work, and lets authorized users compose and send messages and update read status. Approved reminder workflows can also send email.
The Gmail permission allows Studio OS to read, compose, send, and modify email. Synced messages may include mail unrelated to a project; connecting a mailbox authorizes access to that mailbox rather than only a selected client conversation. Studio OS does not request your Google password.
Access stays private.
Using the CRM requires an authorized studio account. Publishing these information pages does not provide access to the workspace, its mailbox, or its records.
