Private studio use
Studio OS is operated by SHOT BY TY, LLC for its owner and authorized team members. Access is by studio authorization only. These terms apply to use of the workspace; they do not create a public subscription service or replace a client’s photography contract.
Your responsibilities
Use only accounts, mailboxes, and information you are authorized to access. Protect your login credentials and use client information only for legitimate studio work. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, access another studio’s records, send unsolicited or unlawful messages, or interfere with the service.
Connected services and approvals
Google and other connected services are governed by their own terms and availability. Connecting Gmail requires the mailbox owner’s authorization. Review recipients, message content, attachments, and any reminder automation before approving delivery. You remain responsible for messages and actions you authorize.
AI suggestions and imported records can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review them before relying on them, sending messages, or making business commitments. Draft documents and AI output do not replace professional legal, tax, or financial advice.
Availability and access
Features may change or be unavailable because of maintenance, service limits, connection expiration, or third-party outages. Do not rely on the CRM as the sole copy of essential business records. SHOT BY TY, LLC may restrict or end workspace access when a user is no longer authorized or misuses the service.
